6:05 a.m Slowly but surely, here I am, from this morning struggling to get up and walk...which around nine-ish(a.m) I finally took off down the road and walk, briskly about 1.4 miles.
I stetched mostly my lower back and upper hammies.
accomplished drinking all of my water today and had a cup of green tea and several cups of semi-sweet tea.
I still went over near 100 calories..but that isn't bad.
I'm trying. Even though I feel like I want to grab a brownie in the fridge. Should I dump them?
Just finished off some ice tea..now the brownie is not questionable. I found 2 sugarfree hershey's mini in my daughters nap sack. Yuck!! 36cals apiece, yet high in fat...that made me go over my daily fat intake.
Crap!
Tomorrow is a 12hour day at work. I must plan my meal. No buying food..I'll take my leftovers from tonight...an orange, and maybe fit in a brownie...
I'll will drink all my water...too!!
