Time to get back to it

So of course as I am sure with many others it has been a busy last few days. I hope all had a good Easter! I did. It was my first year to make dinner at my house. It turned out well. I am rather proud of myself. I had one plate and did not over do it. My weakness was the deviled eggs. But I don't have them that often so I am ok with allowing myself to have them.

Now the holiday is over so it is time to get back on track. The next few days are goin to be busy again, but I should be able to track everything. I still have yet to get my bum doin the fitness part, but I have been cleaning like mad.

I got my sister on board with me for losing weight. She called me the other night and told me something we could have for a prize to ourselves if we lose the weight we plan to by the time I go out to visit her in July. We will go get our new Tatoos together again. We got our first ones together a few years ago. I am excited for this. I just have to really think of what I want on me for the rest of my life. I am sure I will find something.

    Hey I know what it is when you have kids around. My husband and I have a house full now. My son and his girl friend moved in with the two wonderful grandsons. I did find myself eating more also. My husband and I have jumped into the water with all four feet. We just joined Spark in March and have really gotten a lot of support. If you need any help just yell. Don't give up on your self. You are worth it. Try walking each day and increase it. My husband and i went walking on Sat. and we walked 5 1/2 miles. We didn't plan on that. It was not that hard either. Remember you will have bad days, but make that day a learning day. You can improve on it Tomorrow ! If you want a buddy I'm here. Have a great day. emoticon Maureen
