Challenged Myself Today!!

Ok, shocked myself at staying on the elliptical for 40 minutes!!! I will continue to challenge myself to maintain the increase for the rest of the week. I will be camping this weekend with lots of walking. So, really, I won't be getting a break on Friday.
Oh yeah, my stepson's baby has arrived!! Audrey Grace (love the name). I am so happy for Jude and Jill. I will get to meet little Audrey this afternoon after work!!
