Last Monday I wrote about making mistakes, admitting them and working to fix them. I had lost almost nothing last week becuase I overindulged and missed my workouts. This week I definetly made up for last week! I lost 10.8lbs this week! My first EVER double digit weight loss for a week. I know that I was a bit bloated last week and probably retaining water weight, but a total of 11.4lbs over 2 weeks, is still not bad, or 15.8lbs over 3 weeks if you take it back that far, or 71.0lbs in 15 weeks!
i just had to quickly share this, I was so happy because I worked so, so hard this week. I have my last exam tomorrow night, so I am back to studying now, and I will be off Spark until late Tuesday night now....if you see me on yell at me to get off and study lol!!!!
