Getting focused...again

I have been doing so bad the past two weeks. I knew when I went to NY to visit my family that I would be thrown off track. Between that, all the birthdays lately and Easter, I am doomed. I had gotten to 161 but this morning I am 163. I did go to spin and even got in an extra class. The exercise part is easy these days. My eating has just been awful. It is so hard far me to get back on the right path if I give myself too many "free" days. So, today is a new day. I will begin tracking my food again and make myself do it! I will continue my exercise routine and HOPE to see 159 by the end of this month. (Which means no cake for me Saturday on my son's birthday.)
So, wish me luck as I try to steer myself in the right direction.

    Don't forget that travel sometimes throws the body into confusion. I always give myself a couple of days (on the scale) after getting home from vacation. You may be surprised that it really isn't a bad gain. Keep up your hard work. emoticon
