easter has been evil

Man this has been a rough easter as far as dieting and exercising. Family is in town so exercise got bumped and then my calorie counting is basically out the window today. I started out ok but i caved. I had the ham and the egg bake and the caramel roll. I didnt even resist a couple of chocolate eggs. grrr. Oh well i guess i knew this was gonna happen today. I will just have to do better tomorrow.
On a side note it was the first easter without my dad and it was pretty rough. He was a chef so he usually did most of the cooking for our family. Lots of good easter memories of the past really made me miss him today. It just wasnt the same. *sigh*
