I didn't track the last 2 days -- not because I did too bad or anything, I just wasn't able to get to a computer. My weight has stayed pretty much the same bouncing from 137-140 on any given day. I'm still struggling with the whole protein thing. I only got 59 grams today. (I made some poor eating choices today though). I need to get back to my morning protein smoothie concoction. I tried eating eggs in the morning, but blah!! A girl can only eat so many eggs before the idea of them gags her! I even tried adding the egg whites to my oatmeal. Gross -- I choked it down, but I could still taste the egg. I don't want to taste egg in my oatmeal. I'm adding almonds in more to my daily snacks, that's a few more grams of protein and I found some Peanut Butter that is awesome and has a good amount. I'll keep working on it and see where I find myself in a few days.
