Why does it happen that when we get going on our diet and exercise we do great (in the beginning)?
Then....something happens. We get sick, we miss a meal, or we just didn't feel like dealing with it today. We get up the next day, and our weight is up. I don't know about you, but i say "It's only 1/2 a pound I can lose that...no problem." Then before you know it, how many half pounds have come back, and you have gained back weight that you thought was gone forever? (Cause that's what you vowed when you lost weight, not to let it come back....EVER)
Well as I sit here typing, I am in that situation right now. I have gained back a few pounds that I thought were gone forever. Well, what am I going to do about it? If I sit back and let it go, the pounds that came back might find a few more friends, and that is what I don't want. So, here I go again. Starting today, watching what I eat, get off my hinney, and lose this weight once more.
What happened?Life did. Now I have to make life happen again, only in a healthier way.
