almost 3.5 months into '09

emoticon So far we are doing great. I've lost 4 lbs so far and we are doing wonderful with our consistency. I wasn't seeing much results last month. So I decided to move away from the DA workouts and I think that is exactly what I needed to push through this last plateau. I'm still using her yoga dvd's but not her 1/2 hour shows. I've been doing more shows on fit tv and exercise tv on ondemand. I really like the kickboxing and Jillian Michael's workouts. Yesterday i found a 1,2 & 3 mile indoor walk series. I did the 1 & 2 today with my 2lb weights in hand to add more resistance. It is definitly a great cardio workout. I think I'll be using it again. That's about all there is to say at this point. until next time.............. emoticon
