I've been bitten by the bug. I have fallen into a semi depression for the last few days and staying under my calories has been difficult. I know it isn't the end of the world, but I am a tad stressed about it.
I understand the stress about that. The important thing is to not let it go for too long. Don't give up ease your way back into some good healthy habits. Think about all the positive things you have been doing and learn from the not so positive. 3477 days ago
