Sucking the life out of me... I am on this rollacoster that I desperately want to get off of. I have gotten my health under submission but it seems that things around me are going hay-wire!!! I have cried the tears I can, I have screamed the screams I have...I am just sooo lost...I've prayed, and cried, prayed and cried... I dont know, I dont understand... On top of all of this... I HAVENT SHED ONE PD, AND IVE BEEN AT THIS FOR A MONTH!!! Ive lost a few inches but no pounds...

This all in turn makes me want to run so fastest to the nearest food fest!!! To the nearest resturant that serves the most calories... A nice pizza or something... I am trying HARD to have the will power to not let life or the circumstances determine how Im going to handle things... Please you guys/gals...Send up a prayer for me... Im not only fighting the devil for control of my mind and emotions, but my eating pattern as well!

    I FEEL YOU-praying and crying-that's all I seemed to do for the passed 2 months, but you know what? THIS TOO SHALL PASS-I know it sounds so cliche, but God is preparing you for something great. Or maybe, He's just blessing you with patience-sometimes He makes us sit still (like He did me), so we can remember that He's in control. If you've lost inches, you are definately loosing weight! I can give you a perfect example-I weigh 180 lbs right now, and my cousin (about the same height-maybe 1 inch taller than me) weighs 223 lbs. If we stand side by side, we look like we weigh the same. As a matter of fact, she looks like she may weight less. I say that to emphasize that it's not about lbs, it's about inches-LBS can be deceiving! I KNOW IT'S HARD BUT KEEP PUSHIN-YOU GOT THIS! WE CAN DO IT-STAY STRONG!

    Weight loss can be due to anything.... dehydration, hormonal fluctuations, bloating due to salt.... but inches lost are a TRUE measure that something good is happening! If you're losing inches, you're making progress! And if you're losing inches but not weight, then that means you're putting on muscle, and muscle eats up way more calories than fat, so it's a metabolism boost. Yay! See how much you're actually helping yourself?
