Still getting started. I'm tracking as much as possible for me. I already tried a new recipe and it was great!!! It's getting added to the regular rotation. My hard part of the day is after working 8 hours, trying to put together a healthy meal when all I want to do is order a pizza and go to bed!!!!
I've exercised almost every day this week and eaten alot more vegetables than usual for me.
My challenge is to keep tracking my food and continue making small changes in response to what I see happening on the daily report.
It really helps that SP adds it all up for me and shows me which choices were not for the best.
And to keep drinking lots of water!!!!
