I agree with Bel_Riose, even "just" going for a walk will help. THEN you can go to sleep! I hope the weekend helps revive you. 4306 days ago

Momma said there will be days like this..Listen to your body when it is talking to you. When it wants to rest-rest, when it wants to eat-eat, when it says relax-relax and when you want to work out with so little time-do the 10-15 min workouts. I cut out a 15 min total body workout from fitness magazine that works you from head to toe in 15 min. I posted at work but lucky memory is still on point at 35.
Stretch first Treadmill Start 2 min at brisk walk and add intensity each minute (incline or speed) until you reach maximum. Get off treadmill and do Circuit 15-20 each-squats, push ups and crunches (do circuit twice with very little rest time to stay in cardio mode) Get back on Treadmill Start 1 min at brisk walk and and add intensity each minute (incline or speed) until you reach maximum. End with a 2 min brisk walk
Hope this helped..now go and get some sleep. 4306 days ago

Girl, I know the feelin....I am so sleepy, I think it is the full moon tonite! But I try and do a 30 min down time after work and then i hit it with the workout before I get too comfortable. After abt 20 min into my workout I am fine and alert. Keep it going we have a mission to accomplish!!!!! Kim 4307 days ago

Well don't let it get to you. Every once in a while life makes it too difficult to get to the gym. You could try doing something once you get home for 20 min, a work out video or go for a quick walk around the neighborhood to feel like you burned some calories 4307 days ago
