So Yesterday I ran 3 miles in 41 Minutes. It felt great. My hips were a little sore after though.
I began with 5 min warm up at 2.8 , 1 min at 3.7 , jogged 30 sec. walked 1.5 min, jogged 1 min, walk 1.5, jogged 2.5, walked 1.5, jogged 6.5, walked 1.5, jogged 6.5, walked 1.5 then jogged/ran 11.5 min... emoticon
