Needing Motivation

I have 2 issues....First, I am a snacker, therefore I need easy on the go healthy snacks on me at all times in order to resist temptation to eat fast food. Second....I hate working out and need to find a way to get my butt out there and doing it anyway...

    You may have to PUSH yourself to workout for a while. But when your body gets to liking the endorphins that you release with a good workout, you'll actually like it more. Keep pushing yourself to workout. You'll do great!

    Hi there,
    For healthy snacks make a trail mix to take with you. How about some carrots or whole wheat crackers. For working out try doing 10 minutes at a time three times a day to start. Make sure you have your favortie music and doing something you enjoy.
