I went to a weight assessment class recently after receiving the post card in the mail. The main 2 reasons that I went is one because it was free and two to see where I actually stand after walking 30 mins each day (lunch break) and personally making purposeful efforts to change my eating habits and by eating more whole grains, fresh fruit and veggies. The instructor did my weight, body fat, bmi and I found that I'm still just at that borderline but I did loose 3 pounds and 3 inches that I am extremly proud of myself. I was also able to push out 55 crunches in 1 min, hold the plank for 60 sec and put out 29 push ups, actually 31 becuase I'm counting the practice 2. So my endurance is high and my expectations of myself are higher.
