The Mission

I have been on this mission to tone up and loose weight since the beginning of the year. I however didn't take it seriously until February. Then I started to kick some ass, with everything I took on.
I realized that if I wanted to really change my life I would have to overhaul my life. I cut out all processed foods, including fast food of any sort. No more soda, regular or diet. Cutting out soda alone cut me down about 15 pounds right away. I was in a very unhappy state, and not to mention that any free time I did have all I wanted to do was sleep all of the time. I would blow off friends and my parents mainly for the fact that I just couldn't muster up the energy to get up, how sad is that!
I changed. I really started at about 230 pounds and since sunday I weighed in at 206 pounds! I am still off soda, and don't eat any processed foods.
I have one more area that needs to be worked on, my job. I guess it's one day at a time, or until my boss and I get into it again.
