Well, I didn't keep track of calories as of Friday night. I am back on track. My husband is not helping. He eats what ever he wants to. I have to find ways to stay busy and not focus on the junk he is eating. And even the healthy food, i.e. watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, satsumas; he is going through it so fast that it is costing me a fortune to eat healthy. I go for a healthy snack and can't seem to find it, only to learn that he ate it all. HE is frustrating me. I am back on track today and will shop for more fruits and veggies this evening.
I am proud of myself for reaching above my goals for cardio. I was shocked that my body didn't give up and kept on going. I love doing cardio. I increased my calories burned to allow more minutes to my workout. Each week, I plan to re-evaluate my cardio goals.
For Strength, I will continue to use the ball at home with dumbells. I will try to allow myself 10 minutes at the gym for a different machine 5x a week.
