1.) Get to 135 - 139 this morning
2.) increase protein - didn't track well today
3.) Keep cooking more at home - check
4.) cleaner eating (one ingredient foods) - still working on this one
5.) Stay in calorie range - still putting the info in.
6.) Increase jog time to 30 minutes - didn't work out today
7.) Increase strength training - didn't work out today
