Saturday, April 04, 2009

Well spark friends I am no longer employed. And I thought I would just curl up and die. But God knows what he is doing. So off to a new direction. I am so blessed to have such lovely family members and friends. when I told my children they told me they would give up there music lessons, my daughters sweet sixteen and also the family vaction we have been planning. And my husband just told me I got you babe don't worry. I am a fighter so off i go while i continue to fight the weight battle i will fight to find a new work place. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I am still blessed more and more each day. By the way thanks Iwantbettersex for your shoulder yesterday and today I love You.

emoticon to hear about losing your job. So many people are affected by all of this. You are a strong woman and with the help of your family and friends you will get through this. Be thankful for your family and make some time to focus on you now!!

Like so many other have said Nigelnia God knows what He is doing. So many things have happened in my life that seemed disastrous at the time, but they have all worked out better than I could ever have planned or imagined but in a way that I never would have chosen for myself.

I really believe Our God does work all things together for good. I live my life one day at a time with trust that this is so. And like someone else said, All I say these days is thank you, thank you, thank you.

    Hugs Wispy.

When I lost my job in April of 2007 I thought it was the worst thing that could ever happen (even though it was a horrible job) but God has a way of letting things happen that can work out for the good. It took me months to find my new job but once I did I thanked him daily (still do) for giving me a job that was more supportive and paid better......It was definitely a gift although it was hard to see at that particular time...

Sorry to hear that. It seems to be happening all over. I know I found a part time job which is better than nothing but I hate that my SO is carrying the bulk of the house bills right now. Things will get better.

I am so sorry to hear that you lost your job. It's a real tough economy out there, right now. Maybe the message that you're getting is more important then the job.

Your kids ran to Mom's aide, offering to give up what's important to them in order to keep what's MORE important to them. Your husband was right there with them letting you know how much you mean to them and how important you (not your job) are. How blessed you truly are to have such a wonderful understanding family.

Losing your job is not a good thing and will, no doubt, cause you some financial hardship. However, your family's support is priceless and their love invaluable. Congratulations on being so blessed.
