New me, for real this time! (Week 1)

March 30, - April 4, 2009
This was the first week I got up 4 out 7 days and made it to the gym before 5:30am. I kept complaining that I did not have the time to work out and you know excuse after excuse. So I thought about how I lost 42 pounds and gained 27 of them back. So I begin to think how bad do you really want this? As I looked in my closet and tried on my size 12 jeans and could not get them up, I got upset with myself. I gave all my larger clothes away so now I have to buy a few outfits to get me through. What a waste of money. So this is week one of the “New me, for real this time!”
I will get up at least 4 out 7 days and go to the gym before work.
I will drink water.
I will blog.
I will journal my food.
I will lost the 27 pounds I gained and about 30-40 more.
I will do this with the help of God and all my fellow sparkers.
September 9, 2009 I want to weight in at 170 pounds.
