I have been on Spark People for about 9 months and have enjoyed the daily interaction. I have recently gained back 8 of the 40lbs I lost. I have had some time to reflect on what went wrong. I am not stressed over it, but it has to stop here. (have re lost 4 of the 8 now)
I have racked up thousands of points, but am going to take a new look at what I have been doing, after all it is not about gaining points, but losing weight. Starting now I am going to make my message board entries more on solutions and encouragement and a few less games. (But games are fun, too.) I am going to journal more and use the food tracker more.
I like all my teams and am going to concentrate on Emotional Eaters (which I definitely am) and Positive Sparkers, which I get more out of than I give. I will attempt to be a better team member in the future and help others.
I am looking forward to better health in the next year.
