Oprah inspires me, she always has. Ever since she wrote her first book w/bob green. I read it and it got my butt out of bed and exercising in the morning. We I didn't get to go to S. TX but I got to come home from work early and watched her show. She had a repeat on. It was the one where she launced her "bootcamp". I decided if I really want to loose this last ten lb., I need to get moving. So here I promise to get more exercise in, specifically, ride my bike 30 min/day for the next month. I know I may be having foot surgery and will have to start all over again, but for now...this is my promise. I just went and did my first day. I went to Sunset Valley and rode four laps of this easy route that's out of traffic. There's one pretty good hill on it that will get me sweatin'. I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow, but that's just fine. I've done this before...set goals and gone after them. It seems I'm happiest when I'm moving. This sitting around at night is for the dogs. I've been looking for something, and for now, I think I've got it. Skinny
