3 lbs almost gone. 1 lb to go. Going to post my weight on Friday's but I do weigh myself every day. A habit, an addiction, whatever, it keeps me focused and on track. I don't weigh in then I start thinking it's only this piece of candy, pie, cake, etc. I need structure. Just threw out chocolate chips I found in freezer. That's when i tried the Flat Belly Diet and I was going to have some chips for my muffa. Well it doesn't work that way for me. They are too tempting. Live and Learn, we hope.
