Gained 3 lb over weekend and needed a few days to recover from a great trip. Back to my morning 3.1 miles with Leslie, skipped Monday, too tired. Doing a slow run, did 1/2 mile today. I didn't do bad with food. Biggest problem was chips in airport and on plane. No real food, if only I had known we could have had something substantial. The 3 lbs will go away this week, I'm optimistic.
