1.) Get to 135 - 139.8 this morning
2.) increase protein - not so good 53 grams today -- this seems to be my hardest area
3.) Keep cooking more at home - check
4.) cleaner eating (one ingredient foods) - still working on this one
5.) Stay in calorie range - check
6.) Increase jog time to 30 minutes - check
7.) Increase strength training - check
