Feeling Good!!

I've only just joined a gym a week ago, and I can already tell a difference. Besides losing a pound, which is great, I'm feeling better. I actually want to get up in the mornings and do something. Even if I don't reach my goal, at least I will have more energy, and feel like I'm doing something for myself. I'm feeling goooooooood! emoticon

    Yep, yep! I was on the elliptical this morning thinking about how much better I feel in general. Just challenging and caring for my body makes me wonder why I didn't figure this out sooner???

    It's funny how the gym can do that! I still have days where I'm like "ugh, I don't want to go", but when I do, I feel even BETTER! Keep it up!
