Well I am consistently working out in the mornings. The way I planned on achieving this is by starting off small. My goal last week was to do the SP bootcamp workouts every morning. I did, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday, which is fine because I am off work and can work out at other times. This week I am still doing the SP bootcamps in the morning but my goal is to also add cardio or strength training. Yesterday I did the bootcamp video and a 20 minute strenth video, this morning I did the bootcamp video and 20 minutes of cardio. I am well on my way to achieving my goal this week.
