I know I've said it in other blogs but are you sure you're eating the right amount of calories? I noticed you don't have it set up where we could see your nutrition log. If you set that up and we could take a look at what you're eating we might be able to see something that you don't!! Just a thought. Please don't give up! You can do this and you have all of us to support you! emoticon Do it for Dakota!!!

It's ok....let it all out and keep thinking positively. The place to vent is with us Spark people right????? It'll happen. I'm kind of stuck this week too but the option is to throw away the past 6 weeks of good work and no way I'm doing that!!! All my best to you from Maine! emoticon emoticon

Losing inches means you're losing fat. You are probably gaining a bit of muscle too which weighs more than fat. Keep up the good work and it will happen for you!!

I agree with the others. .. maybe you need to switch it up a little bit to shock your body back into weight loss, but more importantly, if you are going over your calories burned on a regular basis, you might not be taking enough food in. Try adjusting your fitness goals and let it recalculate your calorie intake for each day. Chances are you can just add one more healthy snack to your day and drop some pounds! Either way, INCHES LOST IS GREAT! Congrats on a job well done.

At the end of the day, don't let yourself get frustrated!!! Even if the scale doesn't move, your body is getting healthier and that's a great thing!

I am no expert but switch up what you are doing. If heard if you hit that plateau make a little change to the routine you follow. You will see results. Keep up the awesome job!

Losing inches is just as good as losing pounds! And if you're constantly going over your goal on the exercise tracker it could be that your body is thinking that it's starving (yeah, I know, sounds weird!) and you won't lose anything. The goal is to not go over your exercise tracker by too much, and stay within your calori range. It could also be that you're not losing pounds, but building muscle. Patience grasshopper! (Guess that dates me) The scales will move!
