Confession: I love to eat healthily

But....once in a while I do like to just eat what I want. The thing is that after I lose weight, I just want to be at a point where I can have that ice cream if I want, have that candy bar. I LOVE to eat healthy foods, I love to create new meals that are the correct ratios of nutrients, I love tracking it all too - as long as the numbers are good. It's like a little game!

I even sometimes want McDonalds - those french fries are just spectacular. I wish that I didn't, but I do, and I cannot wait to get to a point where one medium fry won't "ruin" my whole day of good eating!
