Week 12: FIRE! (and not the good kind)

Wow. A ton has happened this week, and it is scary that I actually considered this one to be my relaxed week. Here's a rundown of the personal stuff:
1.) Campus is on Spring Break
2.) Finished student teaching with the high schoolers
3.) Interviewed with Teach for America. I really hope I get it. I felt that I deserved to be there.
4.) Roommate was gone on break and boyfriend was home, so I was all by myself
5.) My sister's bridal shower was today. I was one of the hosts
6.) Oh, and my apartment building had a major fire forcing me to evacuate my house.
Yep. Stress. And dont worry about the Fire. All of our stuff was ok, and I was fireman carried by a very good looking fire fighter. Cant complain about that (but the boyfriend can)!
To keep up with the stress, I made myself get in at least 5 days of fitness this week. It was really hard and I went easy with the intensity, but I did do it. Plus, since campus was closed, I had to either run/walk outside or do some fitness videos off of OnDemand. I really like the Biggest Loser sculpting videos or the Walk/Jog tapes. I didn't think I was going to make it through the 20 minute jog session, but I did and was super proud of myself.
And in the end, I managed to get rid of another pound. It looks like I am averaging a pound every other week, which isn't bad, but I just want a 2 or 3 here and there. And those 0 weeks are wearing down on me. Let's hope that the gym re-opening, being on break, and (fingers crossed) fabulous spring weather will motivate me to push it a little further. We'll see.
Oh, and check out my new challenge. I am going to try to walk/jog Chicago this month (until April 30th). It's 18.5 miles and I will attempt to update my mileage every week. After I complete the Chicago challenge, I am going to walk to Kankakee (my old home town) from Chicago.
By the way, I am going to cut the recaps and use this system instead. That way I can just copy and paste this in my weigh-in for BLC and SISC.

BUST: 37.5 inches (can I make that one bigger?!)
WAIST: 36 inches
HIP: 39 inches
THIGH: 23.5 inches
