My first Blog

This is my first try at writing a blog, never done this before. I'm hoping this will help me woth my weight loss. Maybe if I get some of my emotions off my chest it will help me in the long run, so I figure I am going to ven a little until I get the hang of this, bear with me.
I am a a stand still for the moment. I am not sure what to do to get started loosing again. I am going to start taking some classes at my gym, they don't start for a while. I am also training to run another 5k, maybe watch my food intake a little more closely. I figure if I keep with it I will be better off in the long run. I'm not very patient when it comes to loosing the wieght. I am working on it though.

    For your first blog, you have done a FINE JOB! Sometimes, getting your feelings and emotions out of your mind and on to paper (or computer) is a great way to sort things out. But whatever you do...NEVER GIVE UP ON YOU!! YOU ARE THE BEST PERSON YOU HAVE!! And you're awesome to boot! ;)

    Can't say that I can disagree with you about being patient. I've been losing for over 4 years and I'm still not at my goal. I've had to learn the patience over the years.

    Sometimes blogging is a good way to let you feelings or thoughts out in a constructive way.

    I'm glad you did decide to try your hand at blogging. Many people find it very theraputic. I'm one of those people. I like putting my thoughts down into actual words that I can go back and read, or that others may read to gain insight as to who I am, why I'm here, what I'm all about. I may get very personal, or I may not, but either way, blogging helps me sort my thoughts and feelings. Even if you write just 1 sentence your next visit, or a huge book, it helps in some way. So keep trying it, and before long, you may discover it's benefits as others have :)
