My first Blog

This is my first try at writing a blog, never done this before. I'm hoping this will help me woth my weight loss. Maybe if I get some of my emotions off my chest it will help me in the long run, so I figure I am going to ven a little until I get the hang of this, bear with me.
I am a a stand still for the moment. I am not sure what to do to get started loosing again. I am going to start taking some classes at my gym, they don't start for a while. I am also training to run another 5k, maybe watch my food intake a little more closely. I figure if I keep with it I will be better off in the long run. I'm not very patient when it comes to loosing the wieght. I am working on it though.
