1.) get back to 140 - 139.2 this morning!!!!
2.) increase protein - 85 grams today
3.) increase water - check
4.) Cook at home more - not today!!
5.) One ingredient foods - not good today
6.) Stay in calorie range - nope, 1,902 today
7.) Increase exercise - check -- 35 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes abs

Took today as my cheat day. I felt my body needed it. Back to the grind tomorrow
