Busy, busy, busy...

Since Tuesday I have been really busy and TOM has me dragging so needless to say it has been a rough week. I have to say though that having planned out my food for the week helped a lot because I stayed on track! I know that previously all the running around, I would be apt to grab fast food because I felt so disorganized. Planning ahead has made a world of difference in my life, with food and stress level. Plus I think I am finally getting the hang of this new way of eating. I am learning to make meals that I can split up for the whole week, and I am much faster at putting together a day of food, knowing what I can eat and what to stay away from depending on my macro levels.

Well the dreaded weigh-in is tomorrow. I am a little worried because it is TOM and the past 2 days I haven't had as much water as usual, but overall I feel ok about it. Even if I don't lose any weight, I am still losing inches (my pants are so baggy on me). Plus I lost 4 lbs last week, which is huge! I do want to see 140-ville, but if I have to wait another week, I am ok with that.

    That's a good idea. I should take the time on the weekend or something to plan out some food for the week so good stuff is easy to grab.

    I weigh myself every single day, and store it on a spreadsheet. I have a graph attached to it, so I see the ups and downs are just part of the process. Everyone has to figure out what works for them, but it keeps me from ever dreading the scale. I get on, make note, get off, enter it, move on. That would make some people crazy, though.
