I just wanted to share this "Tip of the Day".

To some, this may sound a little off, but when I received this tip at my job this morning, it was real food for thought.


Have you ever considered a regularly scheduled meeting with yourself?
As we continue to move into uncharted economic times, a quiet hour each week can help clear your mind, so that you continue to deliver your best at work and at home. Consider using this time to reflect on your goals, recent achievements or even areas of conflict. This can help you ensure that you have a healthy balance, which is critical for overall good health.

    Tomekia, this is so insightful, but I know it will be hard for me to do. I distract myself with TV, Books, projects, phone calls. But good ideas are worth the time. Maybe if I write some thoughts while reflecting. I might start having ideas for a blog myself! Thank you for sharing. Also, your little girl is so beautiful. I hope she shares lots of hugs and kisses with you! emoticon
