So it's been up and down for me the last few days. Been trying to eat well, but with varying degrees of success.

Had four double chocolate filled and covered biscuits today! They were delish but pretty guilt-inducing. I drank four glasses of red wine at a work function last night, but I didn't eat very much of the snacks that were on offer. I guess that balances out? Hahaha!

I took two rest days on Monday and Tuesday to give my ouchie quad time to recover. Unfortunately when I was at aerobic-step this morning, I felt it still wasn't right. Will have to have a professional look at it, coz I really can't carry on like THIS!

I am not entirely certain whether the 1lb weight loss I saw on the scale this morning was just dehydration from all that wine or whether I have actually lost more fat. I logged the new weight on my Spark Page anyway. Hopefully the number will boost my efforts in a "fake it 'till ya make it" kinda way.

Tonight I will be making sure I have something very healthy for dinner. I've been grazing most of the day but mostly on low calorie stuff. I had a nice lunch of high fibre cereal and fat free yoghurt [yeah that's what I felt like, so ssshhhh!] and need to start re-fuelling the water tanks right now. Had 750ml with my workout and another 750ml this morning, but I'm falling waaayyy short of my daily requirement.

Okay, that's me for now. I'm feeling a bit better after getting that on "paper". Should I rather say getting it on "screen"? Oh what the heck! You know what I mean!!
