1.) get back to 140 - 141.4 today
2.) increase protein - 112 grams today
3.) increase water - check
4.) Cook at home more - check
5.) One ingredient foods - not to shabby!
6.) Stay in calorie range - check
7.) Increase exercise - Tae Kwon Do again today -- nothing left for gym after work! They are kicking my butt!! It feels so good!
