I had a pretty good day even though it was miserable out. Had a friend of mine sign up for depression. Done all my exercises today and it felt good doing it with music. That is going to be my key thing to do it with music from now on cause you don't realize how long you have been doing them.lol It was great helping my friend with it, but not sure if she would keep it up. I told her to do it everyday she would find a difference and how supportive everyone is..
