A bit too much...

The past few days, a bit too much food. I'm definitely making better choices, but not the ones I want to make. Tonight we ate pizza--homemade--whole wheat dough, with wilted fresh spinach, artichokes, and black olives. It was so good! I just didn't need to eat nearly as much as I did! Oh well--not dwelling on it. It is what it is. Tomorrow is a new day.

The good news is, lots of fruits, veggies, and healthy stuff in the house to get me back on track after a less-than-stellar weekend. I'm revved up to get on that new trail too! It's going to be a good week! :)

    MMM That selection of pizza toppings sounds delicious!!! Was that with a tomato based sauce? And cheese? I'm curious about the whole combination! :D
