Thanks for the encouragement!

It's not so much that the evil twin won out but that life got in the way of my getting to the weight room to work out. My mother, who lives in an assisted living facility and who suffers from dementia, had a particularly difficult day yesterday so I had to spend more time with her than I normally do. It ate up the time so quickly that, in the end, I worked out at home to save time. I feel mostly OK about it, and I've decided to buy another weight of dumbbells for just these occasions.

Thanks, everyone, for your words of encouragement. It means more to me than you might know.

Oh sure.... lose motivation when I'm NOT around to tease you.... nefarious! (grin) You did something... that counts for a lot. Hope your Mom is doing OK.

Good Call! Your mother is more important than where you work out. There is alway another day to work out at school. Take care of your mother she needs you!
