no thank you to chocolate!

last night I had a sugar craving at bedtime, so I poped a stick of gum in my mouth and chewed on that for 20 minutes. It was a life saver!

Today I will pack microwaveable veggies to take to work for lunch, since I have a hard time eating them with dinner!

Just completed a DVD I got at the library: "One-On-One training with Jackie". I did the lower body workout today, can't wait for tomorrow to do the upper body. It is a great exercise DVD!

8:45 pm update - funny thing I should write about turning down chocolate today. Someone brought in a bag of M&M's (melt in your mouth, YUM!) today at work and left them on the break table for others to enjoy! Did I say "NO THANK-YOU TO CHOCOLATE"? NOOOOOO!
I dug right in! I will try harder tomorrow. Hopefully there won't be any free chocolate laying around!

10:15 pm update - I did 30 minutes on my mini stair stepper while watching biggest loser. It all adds up!

    Sometimes if the gum doesn't work I have found out that sweet pickles works wonders for the chocolate craving. I am glad to hear you were able to not give in to the cravings. Have a wonderful day

    Great job on avoiding the urge to give in to sugar! It's great that you have a plan.
    Another thing you can do is to eat more sweet veggies such as sweet potatoes, carrots & parsnips. Adding these to your diet will reduce your cravings.
