I am unsure if exercises done at therapy count as exercise. I do 10 minutes on a stepper, 10 on a bike, then I do leg stretches on stairs, hamstring stretches, lift on tip toes, knee bends, leg curls, leg swings, then I do lifts with ankle weights.
I plan to do my exercises at home tomorrow-except for the stepper because I don't have one at home. I didn't eat very healthy today-but I will go back to the regiment tomorrow.
