Followup to the Breakfast Article

So, this morning, after reading this artcle this is what I had for breakfast:

3/4 cup Egg Beaters
3 tbsp Salsa (with black beans and corn)
1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 pieces of Aunt Millie's light toast
1/2 tbsp light butter (yup, the real deal)

So add my coffee and you get!
Breakfast TOTALS: 304 calores 27 carbs, 9 fats, 28 protein

Now I have lots of room for more carbs :)
