I have found that without regular cardio exercise I will not loose weight. I have cut my calories and exercised sporadically but it aint workin. I just really hate to exercise. The only exercise I like that doesn't kill me is walking. I would like to start walking an hour a day. I can usually do 4 miles in an hour. I have been walking about 3 miles 3 times per week. I haven't lost any more weight this way. Now if I can just make my lazy butt actually do it.

    Hopefully, with the weather getting better (although it is suppose to rain for the next few days...but after that!) you will feel like getting out and walking. The more you do it, the easier it gets...and the easier it gets, the more you will like it...and the more you like it, the farther you will go! Which means burning calories...and burning calories means losing weight! Yea!
