Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my birthday and my friends finally let me have it my way!

I was awakened by my housemate who made me do an official weigh-in (and it wasn't bad!) and then was urged to get dressed for a breakfast brunch that would meet even my standards (uh-oh, was I becoming that obsessive?!?!) And the breakfast was amazing - with receipes garnered from the Food Network and Fit TV, I was honored with a complete vegetarian brunch that was satisfying and low fat. (mentally making note of the things that I would be able to make fro myself later on)

I was then hauled off to a local mall where I experienced the joys of the bungee trampoline; I was a bit reluctant at first, but at the urging of a few friends, I harnessed up (and at 57, I was even able to accomplish a few flips. WHAT FUN!). And then it was time for shopping for some clothing that were better fitting. What a fun progress celebration it was!
