Went bumming yesterday with my sister.
Lots of shopping done.
Also ate a HUGE CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD!! It was so good!
But not so good on the calories!!!!!
And when I got up this morning, I only did
1 mile/15 minute Walk away the Pounds!
I should be doing 10 miles.
This week I hope to do better!
Last week I didn't do too good in the eating area!
(the type of food I ate--not the healthiest ways of cooking things!)
Didn't much sleep last nite. Lucky if it was 3 1/2 hours.
I usually like to get 7hrs.
