today a will try a new strategy; I will pop some gum in my mouth if I have a chocolate panic attack!

    I don't know if you watch the biggest loser, but they tell the contestants on there that chewing a piece of sugar free gum will help with the urge to eat something. I guess with our jaws moving we forget that we want something in our mouth when we really aren't hungry. I think you have the right strategy going to get over the chocolate attack.
