I woke up this morning and was surprised to see snow on the ground when I opened the curtains.
My 'healthy eating ' stratagies for the day will be:
eat more veggies (remember the big bag of stir fry veggies you bought last night BD?)
drink lots of water (I'm good during the week, but tend to forget on weekends)
exercise (that is a must for every day!)
I will also remember to SEW THE BOTTON BACK ON MY HUBBIES PANTS!
Todays healthy eating:
an apple for snack
veggies (remember YUM!) at lunch
lots of water (tired of running for the bathroom!)
an orange for snack
I forgot to stop at the store for oranges that were on sale so I will ride my bike there (about a 20 minutes ride one way). This will be my exercise for the day!
I did the bike ride! It's only a 15 minute ride one way, so I did my 30 minutes of cardio for the day!
