I know we have all been on this roller coaster, but what we forget is what we have learned here that our bodies are all different, sometimes we lose weight fast, sometimes slow, sometimes not at all, but the scale can not and should not rule our life. I have let it rule my life for the last two months, being discouraged when I didn't lose anything, when I gained. Not so. We have other successes we must look at - I have a sweater that is now too big, slacks that are fit loosely. I have more energy, can do more like walk up stairs better, walk better, etc. Those things are more important - the scale isn't. I've learned that and hope you have as well - once you do diet and life mean something new.

Best of luck.

Yep I totally agree . I have actually felt fear when I would go to get on. Now I just except what it says and KNOW I am doing everything I can even when I don't do so good. emoticon sandy

Hello Jeanine! You are so right! Congrats on the loose sweater and pants, walking and stairs that by far is much more important than the scales! Way to go! emoticon

Better health should be our goal. Losing weight is just a side efffect!

Sounds like you ARE doing good, even if it's not showing up on the scales yet!
