Weel, the GOOD news is...

I havent gained any weight in a month, the bad news is I totally lost track of everything. I have not been eating properly, I have not been exercising. I havent done anything to move forward with this weight loss, nor have I done anything to promote being healthy. I have started smoking again, I started drinking coffee again, I ate all kinds of crap. Today, I am doing things right. We got a big box of donations at work yesterday and while I was sorting them out I found 3 Richard Simmons tapes and a foodmover thingy. Well, I totally ADORE RS!! And it was kinda like a kick in the pants from the Universe telling me that I need to work on ME. I need to refocus on ME and my health. I have also had two friends lose family members recently both of whom were youngish people (like 40, like ME) and both to things related to being obese. So, at least for today, I can do things right.

    I took a month off as well but I gained about 1 or 2 pounds. I've been jogging a bit and eating healthy lunches but everything else has gone to pieces..

    Oh well. Spring is here.Time for a new start ...again!

    Hi, are you still doing HMR? I'm sorry to hear you had such a rough month. I'm glad to hear you're feeling motivated again. It's hard to stay motivated, I know. As an emotional eater whom has repeatedly lost and re-gained I do understand. There are so many temptations and stress and lack of sleep only makes the body hold onto weight even harder. I really hope you have a good month for the rest of March and April! Keep fighting the good fight!

    Hey there........just thought I would give you a great big (((hug))))! I have done the same thing recently....gone back to my bad eating habits......it's a hard cycle to break! Dig deep inside of you though and you will find the power to achieve your goals! You CAN do it!!!
